Separate solar panel, battery box and LED lamp head — the configuration of choice for highways, arterial roads and large municipal lighting where high power (60W–300W), large panel area and long rainy-day autonomy are required. Manufactured in-house by BSW since 2005.

The panel mounts on top of the pole without housing-size limits, so more charging power is available for high-wattage lamps.
The battery box holds far more capacity than an integrated housing — commonly configured for 3–5+ rainy days of autonomy.
Split systems reliably drive the luminaires used on highways and main roads where all-in-one units reach their limits.
Panel, battery and lamp can each be serviced or replaced separately — a practical advantage on long highway corridors.

A split (separate) solar street light uses a solar panel mounted on top of the pole, a battery box mounted on the pole or at its base, and a separate LED lamp head. This allows a larger panel area and higher battery capacity than an integrated all-in-one unit.
Choose a split system when the project requires high power (typically 60W–300W), longer nightly operation, larger panel area limited by pole space, or easier field maintenance of panels and batteries on highways and arterial roads.
Split systems are typically installed on 6m–12m galvanized steel poles, which BSW manufactures in-house together with foundation drawings and wind-load calculations.
Because the battery capacity is not limited by the lamp housing, split systems are commonly configured for 3–5 or more rainy days of autonomy, depending on panel size and local sunlight conditions.
Standard configurations ship in 7–15 working days. Custom wattage, pole height or battery capacity typically takes 20–30 days, plus sea freight time to your port.
