What is your MOQ and lead time?

MOQ is low — even 1 pc for samples. Mass production normally takes 1–2 weeks after deposit, depending on quantity and season.

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Sample orders from 1 pc are welcome and mixed models are accepted. Samples usually ship in 2–5 working days by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT.

Can the pole be made to my own drawing?

Yes. Send the drawing or the required height, wall thickness, arm type and wind speed, and we quote to your specification rather than a catalogue item.

What payment terms do you accept?

T/T with 30% deposit and 70% against the bill of lading, or L/C at sight for larger orders. Terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
